As Ohio’s Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, Ohio KePRO works with healthcare providers and stakeholders to improve the health and protect the rights of Ohio’s 1.8 million Medicare beneficiaries.


Our focus is on:
  • Supporting improved quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries
  • Protecting the integrity of the Medicare Trust Fund, and
  • Protecting beneficiaries by expeditiously addressing individual complaints.

  • Quality Improvement

Our quality improvement professionals provide consultation services, training, and other resources to support Ohio healthcare providers in improving the quality and efficiency of care. Read more about our quality improvement projects.

  • Medical Case Review

Ohio KePRO reviews medical cases as requested by Medicare beneficiaries, Medicare, or designated hospital staff members. Ohio KePRO case review services are free for Ohioans with Medicare. Read more about our beneficiary protection services.
