Length of Appointment
Trustees are elected for one-year terms and no person may serve more than six years.

Elections are held annually at the time of the Ohio KePRO Annual Membership Meeting, which is usually held during the month of November.

Compensation
Directors are compensated $250 for Board of Director meetings for their time spent at the meeting, in preparation of the meeting, and for their time spent traveling to and from the meeting.
