Mediation brings you and your healthcare provider together to talk about your concern. The goal is to reach a conclusion that you both agree to. Mediation may take place on the phone or face-to-face. These discussions are led by an unbiased person trained in mediation.
Facilitated ResolutionIn a facilitated resolution, you and your healthcare provider do not have any direct contact. An unbiased expert acts as a go-between. All communication happens by phone or by mail through the facilitator. The goal is to provide an opportunity for you to voice your concerns and for your provider to make changes if needed.
