Nursing Homes In Need
Through the Nursing Homes in Need project and with the assistance of the state long term care survey and certification agency, Ohio KePRO works with one Special Focus Facility (SFF) each year to help them achieve improvement goals in the pressure ulcer and physical restraint quality measures, as well as resident/staff satisfaction. These nursing homes will benefit from QIO technical assistance, including a root cause analysis of systemic quality of care problems, as well as assistance in developing and implementing an action plan based on a root cause analysis.
