Memorandum of Agreement's (MOA)
The Ohio KePRO Procedure Manual is now available. This Procedure Manual is designed to serve as a guide to foster successful interaction with Ohio KePRO, which is the only designated Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Ohio. It contains information about Ohio KePRO's contractual responsibilities relating to health care quality improvement and peer review of Medicare beneficiaries' medical records, as mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The manual is specific to Ohio KePRO's Eighth Scope of Work requirements and replaces all other manuals and other documents received during previous contract cycles.
